Anthony L. Emma, Jr.
As Chief Executive Officer of Insignia Real Estate Companies, LLC, Anthony Emma is fully dedicated to the formation, operation and investments of the Wealth Capital Fund and Insignia Real Estate Companies. Mr. Emma’s responsibilities include investor relations, placement of debt and equity, acquisitions, fund management and the evaluation and administration of the real estate portfolio.

Mr. Emma has over 20 years of experience of real estate investment, development, and management to include all aspects of debt and equity placement, joint venture partnerships, real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing and redevelopment. In these roles, and in collaboration with his partners, managers and affiliates has acquired, developed or redeveloped over 1mm square feet of retail, office, industrial and mixed use property in excess of 170mm of real estate assets. Mr. Emma graduated from Bryant University with a B.S. degree in Finance.

Michael J. Pimental
Michael joined Insignia Real Estate Companies as Vice President of Investments and Acquisitions. In this role, Michael is responsible for the placement of institutional and individual investor equity, assisting with the underwriting and due diligence of target property acquisitions and overall strategic planning. Mr. Pimental has been involved, on a national platform, in the acquisition, financing and disposition of over $350m of commercial real estate assets around the country. He has worked with a variety of institutional and individual investors, and created unique solutions as necessary to ensure success in each transaction.

Mr. Pimental hold a B.S. in Economics from Stonehill College. Michael is also an elected board member of Touro Synagogue in Newport, RI, the oldest synagogue in America, and the Providence Community Kollel headquartered in Providence, RI.

Cindy L. Bailey
Ms. Bailey is Fund Controller. Her responsibilities include the oversight of the financial and administrative functions of the Fund. She also, is responsible for financial reporting for the investment portfolio, day to day financial operations and fiscal reporting. Ms. Bailey holds a Degree in Accounting and has over 25 years of experience, including tenure in two of the State of Rhode Island’s top accounting firms.
