The Wealth Capital Fund is an open-ended, commingled, discretionary, value-added real estate investment fund.

Fund Strategy

Overall Investment Strategy of the Fund is an Income and Growth Strategy. The prime objective is to produce a 7.5% Current return and to re-invest excess proceeds in appreciating assets. To accomplish this strategy, the Fund seeks a balance portfolio of stable cash flowing properties that will appreciate over time. In addition, the Fund re-invests excess proceeds into appreciating investments to generate significant appreciation over a 3-5 year period.

  • Emphasis on Retail, Office and Industrial Real Estate
• Investment in real estate Investment Funds
• Investment in High Collateralized mortgage loans
• Investment in joint Venture Deals with Developer

• Nationally, however, focus on US East Coast for direct investment assets

• $1mm to 10mm in total capitalization
• Leverage up to 75% of Value
• Tax deferred “roll ups”; exchange fund units for equity

• Retain core amount of stable cash flow investments
• Sell capital/development deals upon value creation
• Re-invest excess proceeds to generate cash flow and

• Multi-Dimensional approach to increase yields to investments
